fantastic stay!

My room was warm and comfortable. i was impressed with the lounge area where i could sit and have a complimentary coffee. i liked that the room temperature was controlled. It really added to my comfort. the location is ideal. It's a short walk to the theatres (i saw a great show).
The breakfast selection was good, but the hot items could have been warmer. They felt a bit cold.

The lounge had individual desks, perfect for working. there were readily available power outlets for internet access. It was quiet, even when busy. this space offered a lovely, relaxing environment, a great alternative to staying in my room.

the hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea in the lounge, which i found a nice perk. i appreciated the convenience of having these available throughout the day. the coffee machine makes a great coffee (especially for a machine!).

nalin welcomed me kindly upon my arrival at the hotel. i drank coffee as i waited and enjoyed the scenery. the service was satisfactory and efficient.
the room's air conditioning hardly worked and was very noisy. the hotel also felt hot throughout the building. i think there was limited wardrobe space.

Check-in was quick and efficient. the amenities and facilities were good. the service was also quite good. the hotel is very centrally located. I walked to many attractions from here. staff were helpful and cute.
i booked a 'beautiful' room, but it turned out to be a small room without windows, quite disappointing. the absence of natural light impacted my stay. i think future guests should be aware of this room type.
