fantastic stay!
warm room comfortable room ideal location controlled temperature
My room was warm and comfortable. i was impressed with the lounge area where i could sit and have a complimentary coffee. i liked that the room temperature was controlled. It really added to my comfort. the location is ideal. It's a short walk to the theatres (i saw a great show).
The breakfast selection was good, but the hot items could have been warmer. They felt a bit cold.

The lounge had individual desks, perfect for working. there were readily available power outlets for internet access. It was quiet, even when busy. this space offered a lovely, relaxing environment, a great alternative to staying in my room.

the hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea in the lounge, which i found a nice perk. i appreciated the convenience of having these available throughout the day. the coffee machine makes a great coffee (especially for a machine!).

the location is great it made exploring the area easy. the staff were very helpful they quickly addressed my needs. the room was spacious and had all necessary amenities
the bathroom was small it lacked counter space. the breakfast was okay but the hot selection was cold. the noise from the street was noticeable especially during peak hours

The location provided easy access to many attractions. The staff was consistently helpful with directions. There was complimentary coffee available in the lobby at all times.

friendly welcome efficient service noisy air conditioning limited space
nalin welcomed me kindly upon my arrival at the hotel. i drank coffee as i waited and enjoyed the scenery. the service was satisfactory and efficient.
the room's air conditioning hardly worked and was very noisy. the hotel also felt hot throughout the building. i think there was limited wardrobe space.

Check-in was quick and efficient. the amenities and facilities were good. the service was also quite good. the hotel is very centrally located. I walked to many attractions from here. staff were helpful and cute.
i booked a 'beautiful' room, but it turned out to be a small room without windows, quite disappointing. the absence of natural light impacted my stay. i think future guests should be aware of this room type.

the room was warm i had plenty of space there were always water bottles available also i liked the lounge i could access free tea coffee and biscuits
